Natural extract of the nettle is extracted by steam distillation from the herb (Urtica dioica L). Contains 54 % of the bioactive substances: flavonoids, mineral substances, phenolcarbonic acids, carbohydrates, vitamines, enzymes.
Usage:
Strengthens hair roots, fights against dandruff. Rub the undiluted extract into the washed hair making all hair wet. Leave for 5-10 min at the same time lightly massaging your scalp. Wash thoroughly with warm water. For preparation of lotions when suffering from rheumatic pains. Impregnate a piece of cloth with undiluted 37-40°C extract and place on the sore area of your body. Put on a film and warm up. Keep for 25-30 min. For preparation of baths when suffering from joint and back pains, general fatigue, cold. Dilute 10 ml of extract with 20 l of 37-40°C water, keep for 15-20 min. For preparation of baths for tired and sore hands and feet. Dilute 10 ml of extract with 5 l of 37-40°C water. Duration of procedure – 15-25 min. After procedure, dry up your hands and feet and keep them warm. For preparation of tonic, curative, and inhalation baths when suffering from central and peripheral nervous system, cardiovascular system disorders, rheumatic pains, general fatigue, cold, or running nose. Dilute 10 ml of extract with 20 l of 37-40°C water. Duration of procedure – 20-25 min.
Compresses:
For preparation of lotions when suffering from rheumatic pains or joint inflammation. Impregnate a piece of cloth or bandage with undiluted 37-40°C extract and place on the sore area of your body. Put on a plastic wrap and a warm towel over it. Keep for 25-30 min. After procedure remove the remaining extract by a wet cloth wad. In reason of strong joint pain compresses put 14 days. If getting better procedure repeat after one week interval.
