Black sea salt with eucalyptus essential oil

Composition: Black Sea salt, essential oil of eucalyptus.

Usage: Black Sea salt saturated with eucalyptus essential oil is useful as a preventive cure, when suffering from respiratory diseases.

  1. Dilute the Black Sea salt and essential oil’s mix in a hot water and pour the solution over on hot stones.
  2. Pour solution into glazed fictile dish and put onto hot stones (or near them) to vaporize the essential oils slowly.
  3. Dilute 2-3 tablespoons of salt (90 g for 10 l warm water ) to prepare aromatic bath.
